MSE and Nationwide Bank £100.00 promise

HELP!
Has anyone else encountered and solved the following problem? Way back in October I took advantage of the MSE promise to gain £100.00 if I used this site's facility to switch my current Bank account to Nationwide. The switch duly took place on the 20/10/2015 BUT I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE £100.00 TO BE CREDITED TO MY NEW ACCOUNT... Obviously the Bank can't help because the whole thing is, repeat, an MSE affair. Twice I've sent an email to the MSE team but no reply so nothing has happened and I'm still short of that much needed boost to my pensioner finances... My sole reason for taking advantage of the MSE offer was to boost my funds...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, please. Thanks.
