Please all complain to the the Financial Ombudsman, it took me 5 minutes. This is the authority which led to Cash Genie being forced into redress over similar practice. They have responded to me advising they will be looking into the problem and respond within 2 weeks. Just Google "financial ombudsman complaint" and follow the on-line process. Strength in numbers everybody!0

They have responded to me advising they will be looking into the problem and respond within 2 weeks. Just Google "financial ombudsman complaint" and follow the on-line process. Strength in numbers everybody!

Equita are members of the CSA, but I'd have no confidence in them do anything based on previous experience.0 -
