NSD here again today... I am absolutely bloomin determined to make it to shopping day (Sunday). We should have enough in, the basics are taken care of and I have ingredients in for a couple of meals yet :)

Going to have eggs & Spinach on toast for breakfast as I am giving blood today so need to make sure I have eaten well... I'll probably have a light lunch.... Family has requested Squash curry with rice and Naan tonight, so I will bung that in the slow cooker shortly :)

Am going to start meal planning for next week also, as I always leave it until last minute :/

    Have a lovely day everyone!

If you have somewhere cool to store your potatoes it helps. I keep my in the garage - not a useful tip if you don't have a garage.
