I love spicy new potatoes. Boil new potatoes (unskinnd):j for 10 mins. Drain until dry and then bash lightly with a potato masher. Sprinle with paprika and toss in hot oil. Roast in the oven for 25 mins. Delicious

  • As Browntoa's recipe, but use Garam Masala instead of the chilli and turmeric, and add some roughly chopped coriander at the end.

heat oli (veg not olive) Add garlic, Chilli, tumeric, cummin and ground coriander. Add onion, fry till transparent, add cubed pots. Lovely. Can also be done in the oven - don't worry if you are an ingredient or two missing - I freqently forget one! it won't be spicy though if no chilli. This gives you a dry dish - suitable as an accompaniment. Add tomatoes to create a sauce.
