it would help if you could get him on your side , a couple of nasty flat tyres on your car ,whilst reversing out of your garage might slow his business down a bit.
however I think a land registry search might just be prudent , you are surmising that "he" owns the land , and has given permission for "muppet and Co" to patrol
as there are a few neighbours , perhaps getting together and checking ALL the land that might cause problems for ALL of them , might be a good idea , you can print them out and send them as xmas pressys to each otherSave a Rachael

not so much the character reference (VCS won,t give a dam) , but you want him to say he will attempt to get it retracted as he has no issues with you being there
needs to be worded right , VCS will say sod off , case started , but IF it gets to a court room <YOUR local court room> you can show the paper saying the landowner wants the charge dropped , but his agent will not ,
not been back to page one , have you achnolaged (sp) the court and got extra time ? , make sure NO mediation , and YOUR local courtSave a Rachael

ok I will email him again what you mention. Thanks.
Yes I have done the acknowledgement asking for more time... how do I ensure no mediation and my local court please? is that just presumed within the "contest jurisdiction" ??0 -

If the land owner has instructed them to drop it, then make a counterclaim against the landowner.
The judge will have a field day on locus standi and the parking firm should cop all the court charges and legal fees.
The agent and principle argument will be hilarious comedy gold.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -

, wooh , stand down !!
just ask nicely and get him to say that he will or has tried to get it cancelled , get this in writing (email)
if he says no , then attack it a different way , I still suggest the registry search (£5-10?), in case of future incidents or if you fall out with bloke from the unitSave a Rachael

have emailed him asking nicely, fingers crossed. thanks0 -
So, the landowner got his secretary to email VCS and ask them to alleviate the costs but they came back saying no as I was rude and uncooperative they are taking me to court! haha. I have all email correspondence between the landowner and myself and also between VCS and myself, yes I may have been rude, but I was still professional and never swore, it's rather frustrating when you get a car parking ticket and numerous threatening letters through your door when you weren't even the one who parked there!!! so yes I was rude!!
anyway I need to submit my defence by tomorrow. I was wondering how to go about claiming for all the time/research I've put into this, I know someone mentioned £19/hr, how can I prove how long i've spent on it (literally hours!!)
thanks0
