We tend to suggest msers don't use a name which may lead to them being identified. Common sense. Guess who doesn't play on social networks either?

In this case it shouldn't really matter (you have proof you weren't the driver. A few people identify themselves and then imply they parked on here), but the PPC 's do monitor these forums so if they can identify you they may try and quote anything you say here. But you're not going to say anything that might give them ammunition anyway

exactly I'm not because I wasn't the driver and if they can work out who my ex is and go after him then good luck to them but I doubt they're clever enough if they can't even distinguish between their and there hahaha

With any luck, reading here might lead them to send a sudden 'We desist and grovel' letter....:-)
They'd save themselves solicitor's costs, somewhat heavier than any invented £205.

I've told them numerous times to take me to court, they've not got a leg to stand on - the blithering idiots.

I own the garage, the land next to the garage I imagine is owned by the chap who owns the industrial estate behind me

There is probably some sort of easement you have over that land, which should be in the deeds/title for the garage (which I guess is part of the house). I wonder what that says.

I wonder also if I speak to the owners of the industrial estate behind, perhaps get a witness statement to say that my car is usually parked inside my garage not on the yellow criss crosses!? will that perhaps help?
