So despite the 5 year warranty and the £1000 off and £51 per week for 5 years you might have bought a dud.
The biggest purchase of your life (probably) and you do not know if it is a 3 year old car or not.0 -

Which will help how?0 -
Check the V5 too. I had a car once where the V5 stated not new when first registered and that it was manufactured two years earlier. It turned out to rust more than I expected; maybe because it was older.0

It is unlikely to be a 2012 car, although nothing is impossible.
If you have a registration number or VIN look it up at FordEtis - the Online Technical Information and Services website from Ford. If it finds it, it will give you the build date. You may need the VIN. My Ford's registration number doesn't match but it recognises the VIN.0 -
OP previous posts states 5 year warranty so unlikely to be a Ford.
My guess Kia or Hyundai0 -

If it's a Ford, of course...
OP, just check the VIN, as already suggested. That will tell you for certain. You only need to read it, no going online, no phone calls, no reading manuals.
ETA: Oh, by the way; you state several times 'I am female'; but that has nothing to do with anything, and you're simply reinforcing the gender-stereotype of 'women don't/can't/should not know anything about cars'.0 -

Oops, I thought it was a Ford Galaxy, but that was a different thread :wall:0 -
Easiest thing to do would be to just ask the dealer surely?0

Insurers seem to have problems when trying to insure cars before they've been registered. I'm betting it's just an administrative mistake by the insurance company - you wouldn't belive the problems I had with my car.0
