Hello all! Have updated the chart, this is how it is looking:

Start balance £177,472, current balance £173,143.79! Difference of £4328.21, there is £17,143.79 left to achieve target with 32months left to go, that is £535.74 a month required to achieve target. My OPs were £3574.19 and the rest was capital paid off.

Hoping to remortgage this month which would be amazing!

Just made my first update, no op's to report this quarter as I've been busy getting debt free (bad debt that is lol). I think it will be slow to start with but am hopeful it will gain momentum as time goes on and as we get those savings built up.

    Good luck to everyone!

Just submitted my first update :D

I think I'm on target so far, hoping to reach a better LTV before I can remortgage later in the year.

  • Just did my first update, no OPs or savings to report as its taking a while to get to grips with the new house, but we're nearly there and hopefully be making some progress next quarter.

Hi - have just phoned bank and updated as unlikely to have anything more to put towards the OP pot before the 25th..

Total is still £158k odd, but moving south. Reminded myself of the interest I pay every day I live here (£11.40!) - yet another reason to get the overall total down!!

    Have a good day all

Know how you feel. My interest is just over £16 a day. Is just about to dip below and then remortgaging in July so will be nearer half that :j:j:j
