Hi looking for a little help
I have an isa this year fixed for 18 months.
When April comes next year can I open a new isa in April.
When this years matures in oct 16 can I transfer it to new one or open new one or do I need to wait till October 16 to open next years isa so I can transfer in this years one.

Yes you can open another cash ISA in April. Out of interest how much are you planning to put in it? Is an ISA the best place to save your money?

It will be full amount in April. And this year one full also.

You will be able to transfer any ISA. Whether you can transfer your old one into the one you plan to open in April 2016 depends on the terms of that ISA. Some allow transfers in, some don't.
