I would say yes, a no spend day because your not spending anything, just enjoy.

Can you E-b*y the impulse clothes you bought so could go towards your debts?

I was going to suggest ebay too :)
Yeah I'd agree it was NSD

Yey it was a no spend day! Me and my boyf spent 5 quid in total (if you don't include the cost of the gig tickets) so at least it was a small spend. My ears do hurt though. :) That means i've had 3 no spend days this month, there's 9 days left, let's make the monthly total at least 8!

Yes, i'll admit i'm being a bit 'creative' with the definition of a NSD, and the household budget for socialising is something i want to work on.

I feel a little bit sad on NSD as it means i can't update my spending diary spreadsheet. In fact i always feel a little bit sad when i'm up to date with all my financial work as it means i can't do anything more.

All that's left to do is ebay stuff.

There's an eBay a day thread on the df wannabe board it's great. Kittycashcake said she'd do another for March. I would say with clothes have a look at vinted too. I don't have fashionable clothes so I didn't but if you do might be better?? I've got mainly clothes on eBay this week and I'm a bit nervy it won't sell. But either way it's leaving the house.
No more credit cards is half the battle. How much have you got on the cards today? That's a good starting point. You're doing ace. It feels more real since I cut up the cards. I love it! X

Good news yesterday was that my sister sent me a voucher to get a free hello fresh box, so I'm really looking forward to that. Have obviously marked in my diary when to cancel it so i don't get charged 36 quid!

    GOOD DAY

Was going to replace the toilet roll holder in our bathroom as it kept coming off the wall, then noticed it only needed to be screwed back in, thus saving money.

Didn't do much on the list but tackled some much needed jobs.

Still have 1.59 left of the food budget, spent 1 pound on milk, boyf has been told under no circumstances can we buy anything other than milk and bread. and it really works, for instance we had no potatoes for our sunday pies night, instead we are having more veg and using up some very neglected vegetable fingers instead.

    BAD DAY

got our bill through from Talk Talk, and despite negotiating a new contract at the end of jan, our bill is higher than expected (but lower than usual) turns out the new bill comes into affect at the end of next month but that was a panicked five minutes.
