UKPC PNC - is it worth appealing?

Ignore that. Wait for the rejection letter or email, likely to arrive in February. We have recieved a reply. UKPC have said they need the details of the driver to process the appeal. Is the only option now to ask for a popla? We have still not recieved a letter and we are over 40 days. Thanks!
You are NOT over 40 days, you appealed just 20 days ago. They have 35 days to respond to the appeal (even that is not set in stone).
Patience. Get on with your life. Do not contact them just yet.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks will do! I meant into 40 days from getting the ticket but still no ntk.0

I can understand your frustration but the people who give the drivers details are the ones who think ppc's are official bodies, those that think companies would never try to fiddle them and the plain naive. Those that think to ask on here realise that ppc's are scammers and need guidance.Who in their right mind would give a PPC driver details, they really do live in the clouds.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

But that's EXACTLY what you want to achieve. EXACTLY why we tell you to appeal late in the 28 days after the windscreen PCN. All explained in the newbies thread, it's working as planned and they've forgotten the NTK.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have some interesting news. How can I easily share photos? My boyfriend went back to the place today to get photos as a permit sign is at the bottom of a steep hill. You drive up and park where there are no signs. He sent through the photos and I asked him to retake as there was only a basic must have permit sign. I said he needs to capture the ukpc sign. But there isn't one.
When I check the appeal photos on the website they have taken a photo of a ukpc sign with the date and time stamp on. 1 minute after the photo of the car.
They must have used a photo from somewhere else and added the timestamp!!!0

Upload them to something like tinypic.com or photobucket. Then, for each picture, copy the URL and paste it into your post on this thread. As you are a newbie, it won't allow you to post http://..., so replace http with hxxp. Once posted, someone will convert the links back to real, working links. How can I easily share photos?
UKPC have a fair amount of "form" for doctoring photos. Their use as any kind of "evidence" has no real merit or authority, considering their previous fraudulent activities. They must have used a photo from somewhere else and added the timestamp!!!0

 UKPC yet again
What type of car park is it, just a car park or are their shops and do you have to walk down the hill after parked.
How far down the hill is the UKPC sign.
And you are certain that there are no further signs in the car park
They should look similar to this

Does your case look like this

Do as The Slithy Tove says and upload please.

Will upload the photos later. He took loads so very clear the sign is not there. UKPC took a close up photo of only the sign so you can't tell where it is in relation to the car park
The area is behind some flats and a pub, not far from a high street. Also i didn't realise that it must back onto a Barclays bank as the address on the ticket shows as the bank on Google. However the bank closed sometime last year so is empty!0
