Just wanted to update, I've eventually managed to speak to Nationwide this morning and they've stated that there's been a problem with several StepChange DMP payments recently, they've contacted them and the payment has been set up again. They said they aren't planning to go for a charging order at the minute but we'll see how it goes! Many thanks again for your help0

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Makes no difference to making a CCA request, a debtor can do so at any time, won't have any bearing on any other account held by the OP.
