My wife thought she was getting a good deal on pandora goods on friday (Black Friday) .. She told me all about it and i said sound way to good to be true. But i thought she would know if the website was fake. Fast foward today their phone number dos not exist and the account she set up cannot be log in as keep saying incorrect password. Even resetting the password says email dont exist.. We told bank and all they can do is stop the card and have to wait 15 days before we can dispute this (in case good turns up). What the chances of getting her money back. Her card was a Visa debit.

As above you'll get your money back after the 14 days call your bank back and initiate a chargeback.

Yep, definitely looks like a scam because the prices are just rediculously low (70-90% off) and no phone number. There are also spelling mistakes and missing letters so it's not that sophisticated to see through this one.

Anyway, you live and learn. Keep on at the bank to see if they will return your money.

unfortunately there are loads of fake ads on facebook, my advise is if the site does not take paypal payments don't use it, as you can get your money back asap from paypal

Spelling mistake "Ruturn & Exchang" puts me off, lots of spelling mistakes can mean a rushed website or a foreign one pretending to be from the UK.

Plus the prices seem way too cheap.

Thanks guys she feel like a complete fool but hey ho live and learn.. Just glad we will get moeny back and like we make sure wont happen again.

Can't find much about them but the phone numbers on ICANN WHOIS have a China dialling code, which probably won't come as any great surprise to regulars on here.
