Virgin Mobile - what's my voicemail number?

I'm in a strange situation where a debt collection company is recording messages in my voicemail directly, without my phone ringing.

It looks like their automated system is dialling a number that is my voicemail number. The messages are for someone else.

I've called the company in question and they cannot find my mobile number on their system. They think that the person they want to contact has forwarded their mobile to my voicemail number.

I've contacted Virgin Mobile but they don't know what my voicemail number is.

Is it possible that I have a unique voicemail number that someone can call and leave messages on - a number that's different to my regular mobile number?

If so, does anyone know how I can find out what that number is? I'm getting messages every single day now.
