Are ISA's at the Halifax protected by the FCS?

are ISA's are the halifax protected for the £85,000?

    The FSCS applies in principle but whether your money is protected depends on how much money you have in total in the financial institution that Halifax is part of. This is:

    AA (pre Oct 2015)
    Aviva
    Bank of Scotland
    Birmingham Midshires
    Halifax
    Intelligent Finance
    Saga

    Similar applies to all the HTB ISAs.
