Vodafone order tracking details invalid

I've been trying to track my order for the last 48 hours to see if it has been accepted. All I keep getting is the message that my order details are invalid. Live chat informed me yesterday that my order was being processed and that I would have an update within 24 hours. Still nothing and the same message that order details are invalid. All I want to know is if my order has been accepted! Any suggestions as to what I can do next?

    If you're lucky it won't go through. An innocent will have escaped their clutches. With Vodafone you have discovered their attitude and incompetence beforehand; most only find out later. Pray it doesn't arrive and get away while you still may be able to.
