is it just me, or has anyone else found that their £5 credit card reward is overdue this month? Mine usually appears in my transaction list on 29th/30th but still no sign so far.

(have met the conditions in respect of current account activity and spending requirements on the card itself).

thanks for the replies but i think i have been misunderstood.

every month, the £5 credit appears in my list of credit card transactions on the 29th/30th of the month, but the one that was due around 29th/30th november has not appeared just yet. im just wondering if there is a reason why there is a delay this month, and if anyone else is affected.

chanz4, im referring to the £5 credit card reward, not the current account reward.

Mine appears the first working day after my statement is produced, which is the 3rd of the month.

Therefore, I should receive the reward on the 4th of this month.

You haven't said what your statement date was.

I’m in the same boat as you this month - no fiver in November.

Mine normally goes in around the 28th but is backdated to around the 8th-10th. DD is due to pay bill in two days time. Statement is normally on 7th.

Also tried to view / download previous statements to confirm these dates. When I try to do this the browser tries to open multiple tabs in ultra quick succession. (Throws a wobbler is the non-techie term) I have tried two different browsers, Safari & Firefox.

If it’s not sorted by the time that the bill is paid in a couple of days, i’ll give them a call.

i gave halifax a call a bit earlier; they said i would definitely get the £5 this statement period as i have met the criteria but couldnt explain why it hadnt been paid by the date that it usually is.

(my statement date is the 20th or 21st i think)

Same problem here, my statement is the 19th. £5 Clarity reward always comes on the 28th but it didn't in November.

Ours always get credited the day after the statement is made up.

For mine it was 26/11, £5 credited on 27/11.

Fiver went in early hours this morning (2nd Dec) dated 8th Nov.
