  • Tks for your awnser..think it was my mistake because them i did not enter my registration number ( first time using that machine) i just put the money they ask for an hour and pressed the green botton there and i got the ticket,paying 60£ to learn that looks like bit expensive :s .
    Like some 1 said in 1 post above ,best thing is to avoid this kind of places ( agree) !!

    well, that explains why you received the pcn, but you did pay according to your post and so its possible a judge may believe you, but having that paid for ticket would be better for you, hence why I said keep it for 6 months as its your evidence of your side of the contract you entered into

    you go to argos, buy a vaccum cleaner, you keep the receipt for 2 or more years , do the same with parking tickets too

    PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:

    Could always contact the owners of the car park to view the cctv around the time/date you arrived to see if it captures you approaching the payment machine. If it does, then you will have a timer to give to PE to check their records for a non-completed payment. Want you don't ask for, you don't get ! At least if it went to court PE could be asked why they didn't fully check out your version of events.
