Talktalk complain - email address anyone??

I've googled high and low and cannot find a talktalk email address that I can write a complaint to. Does anyone know one?

I can't log into my account as I no longer have broadband with them and people can only log in from their home broadband connection due to the cyber attack.
Which is useless for ex broadband customers who still have mobile accounts!

  • I ended my contract with talktalk 4 dec now find cannot access account but still have a mobile. When I phoned was told that they would work out my final bill and post it at a charge of £1.90! when i spoke to mobile they offered same thing ! not helpful to not be able to access account when stil have a live mobile- when i try to complain there is no way to email just a postal address-does anyone have a email address please as not entirely trusting that talktalk would reply to a letter judging by the service received !!!!!!!

    The problem with that is i saw a few months ago numerous posters saying contact Dido .
    My thoughts at the time was what a waste of a top executives time .Eye off the ball and a security breach followed .

    It may get seen by one of a team in the exec office, but if you think that Dido Harding reads and personally replies to every complaint received by TalkTalk then dream on.

    Her time would be better spent managing the company then: she is not paid a huge salary to deal with individual customer complaints, which with a customer base of about 6m, must run into tens of thousands every year. And that's before the cyber-security issue.
