now I am feeling guilty :/

he even told me on the way home his teacher said just decorate a jumper with christmas bits and wear that. I said yes that's fine, but you don't own any jumpers! Nor do I! only his Dad does.

My DS is always hot so just wears tshirts and a hoodie top. But his hoodie tops are small for him but I can't afford to replace them yet, so he is just wearing them for now. He took one to school to wear for outdoor PE, and that only leaves me with 2. a grey one and a bright blue one.

looks like might have to run to primarni tomorrow to see if they have any in stock. and we have no spare xmas bits :( (We had mouse issues last year and they were nibbling at all sorts, so loads of stuff got chucked. All we have is a bit for the tree.)

Oh my god I really didn't mean to make you feel guilty! I was suggesting an alternative.... DS doesn't wear jumpers either so I can see where your coming from. How old is your DS?

Sorry if I made you feel bad. Would never do so intentionally!

He's 8, and don't worry. The school made me feel guilty! I asked his teacher today, she said oh don't worry, just decorate one of his jumpers. He can wear his own clothes underneath! Now I can't send him to school in his uniform :( I said he don't wear jumpers! she looked shocked. I said he is always hot, he only wears tshirts. and shorts when in the house, I added!

he has always been very hot, ever since we got him diagnosed with Mastocystosis, he has suffered from being too hot, but cold in bed... he will happily walk around in shorts and tshirts. He has finally grown out of it :j but the heat remains :rotfl:

What made me laugh, he wants to wear tshirts and shorts everywhere, yet when autumn started, he got out his xmas hat, scarf and gloves and put them all on! It wasn't even cold.

I will stick some stuff on a tshirt, long sleeved, (he hates wearing those too!) and he can go wearing that. Nice compromise as on thursday pm he has his party where he wears his own clothes! he can wear his xmas tshirt for that too!

  • Well done on your wins, Aesop, they sound as if they've really cheered you up:j

I'm really pleased for you that you've found a compromise for the Christmas Jumper predicament. Sounds as if everyone will be happy:T. OH is always hot, I don't think it's just penny-pinching when he refuses to have the heating on (although there's something of that in it too;)). He hated it when he was still working and had to wear a jacket and tie even in the hottest weather:eek:. When he's at home he always wears a T-shirt, he even does the gardening in winter in short-sleeves. I'm just the opposite but it's mainly my hands and feet that are freezing even with socks and gloves on.
  • I won a net of chocolate coins with Marks on the last day of their parcel game but not gone in to collect yet. Not that hugely fussed tbh.

75p on ValuedOpinions this morning so only £12 to go to next amazon voucher :rotfl:

Yep, same here:mad:, although mine was for £3

Just been screened out of 3 by GlobalTest market and also got screened out of a PureProfile one but at least they credit 5p for starting it:T

Had an invite for a Prolific one that I was eligible for but didn't log on in time and all the places were taken:mad:

That's me finished for the day. Life's too short for all this frustration:rotfl:
