Just had a friend round to visit and I mentioned how I was still thinking about the chalet bungalow but not happy about the increase in price. We had a long chat about it and how it could work for me as a bungalow downstairs and the upper bedrooms and bathroom and stairs completely closed off unless needed.
She is going to chat to EA as she used to be in the business and she what she can find out.

Older dd is flying to Belgium  but only to the airport then to Lyons. Will see her and her husband on Sunday when I make a healthy Sunday lunch for all of us.
I still need to get fancy wrapping paper and make a start but have a few parcels still to arrive first and a quick shopping trip for a dd.
