It seems FIL is concerned about a missing ring belonging to MIL, it's not in her jewellery box. FIL knows definitely that MIL was wearing it 2 weeks ago when she was in the hospice.

Well I know exactly where it is, it is on my finger, she gave it to me October 2014.

FIL was there when she gave it to me but denies all knowledge, hey ho the joy continues.
Oh, for the love of Hathor! Is this the delightful BIL and his cohort stirring it, d'you reckon?
LW, do you have any lodgers booked in over Christmas?
    I do!:T
Jasper goes home tomorrow; I have Tuesday alone, then I have wall-to-wall dogs from Wednesday right up til 7th January.:o
Has anyone had their winter fuel allowance yet. I just looked at the web site and saw if you quailify and have a partner who is UNDER 80 the total is £300. If you are over 80 the total is £250....hows that then, someone who is over 80 and in poor health gets less....bit weird if you ask me, but then I am just an idiot who worked all her life, paid tax etc and done not seem to count in the scheme of things. Better shut up or I might say something I shouldn't.
Mr LW got his on (I think) Thursday; £200.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

What a lovely day for you Mrs LW.
RR - What a fantastic gift, hope you have a super time.
LW, Lovely for you to have your furry friends over the next few weeks.

The weather here has been dreadful today, rain, sleet, hailstones and really high winds but DD and I had a very relaxed day lazing about, she has a dreadful cold. Just taken her back and I'm all cozy by the fire now!
