Hi, not much of a cook but can this beef be cooked in the slowcooker?
Is it rump or silverside?
Thank you.

I bet there will be some who will complain they were overcharged - How come I was charged £10.60 when it should have been £4.00 !?

PS
Mine is silverside. This should be good roasted but, as always, even better "low & slow". Silverside is also nice boiled: I remember my Mum doing this.If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5?

I got two joints, both were Topside. One I cut in half and the bigger one into three. All lovely and lean. And all stashed away in the freezer for now. If they are as tasty as last year's £4 a kilo ones I'll be happy!"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0

It doesn't say on the pack if it's topside or silverside?[STRIKE][/STRIKE]pay off Santander CC [=£[[STRIKE][STRIKE][/STRIKE][/STRIKE]/COLOR]5,048 by March 2017

Hope the other joints are the same, but after these going back to locally produced, alot more expensive, but far better value
Did you add a little stock or water to the slow cooker.
I add just a cupfull and the meat comes out very tender. You also have some tasty stock for gravy.0
