EE Pay As You Go Phone

I'm looking at the Alcatel Pixi 3 (3.5) on EE, which is free with a £20 top up.

1.) Would an existing Orange sim card work in this phone?
2.) Can the £20 credit be added to the existing Orange sim?

If you refer to Carphonewarehose, the phone isn't locked to EE.
You'll have to ask them about the topup.
