Fined ukpc own space twice in a week

If you've only just purchased the house, the surely you still have all the paperwork that was generated. There would have been a document which included a plan of exactly which bits you own, normally outlined in red. That will include the actual house. Does it include a red rectangle around the parking space (meaning you own it)?So I've just purchased my first house and have been living here a week.
The property is freehold and has a designated space in a shared car park 'serviced' by UKPC.
This is important, and correct advice is hard to give without that information.0
