can you work out this mobile number for me?

I need to make a call later to a mobile number. As a text number it's come into my phone as (I wont give the full number):

+966500 (then the next 6 digits)

however I cant work out how to ring it? I've dropped the 9 and put a 0 in front and tried but it doesn't work? Any ideas?

well if its meant to be a saudi number u probably just need to dial:

0096500.....

but I've text them on this number and they've replied to it? Is it therefore not a mobile number?

it is a Saudi Arabian mobile number, you should be able to dial the number both ways ie +9665.... or 00 9665....

If neither are working then it may be a problem with your network

Are international calls allowed on your mobile? I think you have to ask for this specially on some contracts.

The 0871 numbers will be those tariffs only if you call from a a landline; maybe 15 to 35p/min from a mobile depending on your network
