You should try living in the Philippines, hon. I'm surrounded by barking hounds. One was full blast until midnight and if I could get away with it I'd have chucked a bucket of water over the bloody mutt. Then our resident dog in the compound who has the loudest bark in the world began at 6am. My earplugs don't cut out the noise either, hon.“Learn from the mistakes of others.
