    Don't panic.

Read the NEWBIES section about court.

Buy the very reasonably priced Parking-Prankster's guide to court.

Finally - stop worrying about court unless it gets to that stage. Some key facts to bear in mind, especially on the court front.

I guess I 'won' my £10 side-bet, nevertheless there's still the £20 one still open - as soon as you get the first £18 from CMS, do let me know. :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ignore them now. DO NOT try IAS stage appeal.

Keep all letters just in case and please don't tell us about debt collector letters, please please don't. Just Google them or search this forum for the name, if you get debt collector letters in 2016.

We don't want to have threads about those letters ever again because we have thousands too many already. Please remember that and just Google or search as you get a letter chain of rubbish.

Your chances of court are pretty much zero. Come back if you actually get court papers, NOT threats of court from debt collectors.
