Time is wrong on Android phone

I've got a Nexus 5 and i've just noticed in the past day or two that the clock is about 6 minutes slow. I don't understand it because it's set to automatic date and time, so it should be right.

Check battery .

Go to setting , Date & Time, and check the "automatic date and time " is ticked

If its ticked untick it and set it manually?
