Oil on Tarrmac, help!!!!!

I have had the same problem and the company which laid our drive advised using a solution of fairy liquid about the same mixture you would use for washing your dishes.

Worked a treat.

Gunk dissolves oil full stop. If the wreck has been leaking oil for six months, the damage is most likely already done to the tarmac but the oil still needs getting rid of. There is no problem using it on tarmac.

:beer: coke...sounds daft..but it really works!!!!!!
pour some coke on oil and leave overnight...then next morning hose down....oilgone!!!:beer: :T :T :T

brake cleaner , is solvent based and is designed to get oil and grease used while packing new brakediscs, disolves the grease bit expensive though , any good motor factors will have it in stock
