The Link and Cashback timescales.

Hi,

I claimed my cashback using the 1st and 6th bills, all the paperwork T's crossed and dotted. Sent back to the Link via Special Next Day Delivery and waited.

The claim form states that if no cheque received after 28 days please call this number. 28 days passed and no cheque, so called the number and asked what was wrong with my claim. Nothing was the answer it is all correct, so asked where was my cheque, oh no sir the cheque is paid 28 days from the day the claim is validated. So I sent and have proof of posting on the 1st of the month, but they then took 25 days to approve it, so then they start counting 28 days from the 25th. I stated that is not what is says on the claim form, I was told it was printed incorrectly on the form.

Anyone else found this, or have I been conned. I did receive my cheque by the way. Slighly less than the the 28 days after validation.
