virgin mobile help
Good evening
I'm hoping someone could offer some advice,
I upgraded two virgin mobiles in the virgin shop in February 2015, virgin had then introduced a new system where your phone is basically paid for on a credit agreement and your sim card is a rolling contract.
The phones were identical as we're the monthly cost of £16 a handset. I have only just realised that for the last ten months they have only been taking money for one of the handsets.
I left the store with printed out credit agreements for £384 per handset but looking back I only ever got emailed one credit agreement a few days later.
I Have been with them for six years with two phones and I'm not dishonest in the slightest but should I tell them or is it their fault for not following it through correctly. I don't want to end up with a whopping bill at the end of my contract.
Thanks very much for reading

Personally, I would keep quiet about the 2nd contract, but save £16 a month somewhere so that I had the money if/when they notice their mistake.0
