how do i find my bb speed

today got my bt broadband up and running. could anybody tell me where do i look on my pc. to see what speed my broadband is running at. it seems v quick at the mo, even though there is a 10 day stabality period

I hope you're joking. That isn't a speed test, that's your theoretical maximum. And obviously that control panel is only for BT Broadband users.

The most accurate UK speed test I've found is Plusnet's. Even remembers all your recent upload/download results:
