Cracked screen

Bought smart ultra 6 from Vodafone, got sim inserted in shop, they unsealed box to get to the phone, got it home took it out of the box, removed sticker from phone that covered entire phone and discovered crack in bottom corner of the screen, took it back to Vodafone shop where I had it from 7 days later (only time I could get there) and was told they can't do anything because it's not a manufacturing fault and I've just got to put with it. Is this correct or am I entitled to an exchange or my money back?

Though regardless of return policy, it doesn't cover damage to the goods, once those are in your possession.
In that told week of no usage etc, network does get to see the usage of the phone, so porkies will not sell, unfortunately

So you've nothing to say about my query at all, always thought this site was supposed to be able to help not waste peoples time, there is no need to translate at all, my query was written in english, didn't say they there was anything wrong with the phone itself just that it was sold with a cracked screen,

The vendor is more or less saying its user damage .
Take it back under what was SOGA and is now CRA its up to them not you to proof its damaged by you .
