    Recipients email box full ?

Is it a windows error message or an email error message.

Your download speed will be several times faster than your upload speed, that's why it's called ADSL.
Have you tried compressing the file to reduce the size?

There are often size limits imposed for attachments - I'd guess that yours is probably 10MB and the encoding puts your video over that. Put it up on a free file hosting site and send a link to it.

If MSE allows the link try https://mega.nz/

Just checked and your own limit is 25MB so it could be the recipients limit or maybe something else (memory doesn't really sound the right word for the issue I guessed at). Either way I still suggest using a file hoster. If you are going to do this often it may be worth setting up a Dropbox account and using that to share stuff.
  • Thank you Fightsback and macman, I notice the email is sent back by the ISP? I received the email OK using the same ISP. Now my email protocol is POP, the recipient is IMAC. Problem here? My download speed is 20MB/sec - no probs. there. Not tried compressing the file - not sure how to do that and would the quality suffer?

Video won't usually compress by any significant degree and re-encoding it will reduce quality

I assume you mean IMAP rather than iMac?

the protocol shouldn't make a difference, thats just how you pick up the mail from the server.

The most likely problem is that the recipients server has a limit which is blocking it. You could just upload it to a file sharing site then email the link for them to download it
  • Thanks kwikbreaks, I've just opened an account on mega and uploaded the video how do I send the video to the recipient? Forgive me for asking basic questions!!

    Right click on the video

    Select get link

    Select full link

Highlight the link (with its decryption key) and copy it

Paste the link into an email which you send to your friend

    Here's a sample link

  • Just done that but the decryption key does not work!! do I have to send the key to the recipient?
