Vodafone PAYG -usage stats and Text Extra Packs not working

Anyone out there using Text Extra Packs (£5 for 500 texts) and finding that they're still being charged 14p for each text on Vodafone PAYG?

Also usage stats on their website are almost continually unavailable.

Even their customer service reps are unable to access usage when you call complain that you're being charged for texts and are unable to refund the incorrect charges.

Going round in circles getting nowhere trying to get this sorted

What happens when you dial 191? Can you request a usage text that way? (I know you can with Vodafone PAYM).

But since their data breach last month I've noticed the MyVodafone app is slow to load and the website either works or not at all!

Still have this problem with mine and my other half's PAYG phones after many hours spent writing emails,web chats,resolver contacts etc.
Usage stats availability continues to be a hit and miss affair

Yesterday Vodafone's suggestion was that the texts that are being charged for were to the channel islands..........wrong.

One thing we have established is that all the texts that seem to be charged for even when there is a text extra pack in place are to EE numbers, with the possibilty that texts to Three may also be affected.

Anyone else using the £5 text extra packs on PAYG being charged for texts to EE numbers????
