There is no appeals panel at VCS nor IAS. VCS are after his money. But it's best to tell them where to go (as keeper) and don't forget to urgently, now, edit your posts in case they read this forum and decide to use the info to wallop in a claim against the driver...

PPCs have used forum posts in court before.

Ahem...you've said who parked and you've said who appealed, not by name but you have said who that was and the PPC can easily add 2 + 2.

People really do have to be careful in here.

    Including:

** Always referring to "the driver", and never "Me", "Myself", "I".

** Not putting exact times on parking events.

** Not putting exact amounts on court claims (I remember someone falling foul of that one last year sometime after saying the got a court claim of £327.43 or something. The PPC ID'd the case from the unique amount and started sending the user PMs)

** Never using real names (or something else identifiable) as a user name on here. (I am not Mr. Catfunt.)

This really needs to go to the top of the NEWBIES thread as a "BEFORE YOU POST" notice, as people can give away too much info before even realising it.

Exactly, I know a lot of Catfunts so your username is particularly effective at maintaining anonymity

OP, You PMed me for advice. I have nothing to add to the advice which you have already received. This is an IPC ticket, it is fubared, I would ignore.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

That's why I haven't stated a location, or mentioned names in any post I've made.
