do you think talktalk will ever manage to get their website and app up and running again?? have 2 sims with them and have no idea for the last month where i stand by way of minutes/texts and data used from my allowance and had a direct debit taken for a bill which was incorrect but no way of knowing why as cant access my bills - online agents never available and phonelines never answered!!! really is a pitiful service which i will leave asap if able to discover when my minimum term expires!!

  • Are you still with them for broadband. clanged bb prvider but the phone is mid contract .
    Phoned the cs 0870 number They can send out paper bills Foc .I belive the my account page can oly be acessed through the talktalk broband now
