Unauthorised transactions

Evening all,
I've come across two transactions that I do not recognise or have I authorised.
The amounts are £19.50 to GM Credit Ace and £19.45 to Trakkit.co.uk.
I have looked and they seem to be part of payday loans who pass your details on but funny thing is, when I have applied for such loans, I was careful to tick that I do not want any information passed onto 3rd parties.
I have phoned Halifax and they cannot tell me if there are any CPA's on my account nor can then reverse the payments.
I'm a bit stuck as to what to do as that's well needed money up for Christmas!

Neither of them appear to be related to payday loans.
Credit Ace appears to give you access to your credit reports, for a monthly fee. "First 5 days FREE, then £19.50 per month - Cancel at anytime -"
Trakkit appears to be a money management tool to keep track of your income and expenditure, also a monthly fee (7 days free then £19.45 a month.)
Did you sign up for free trials with either of these companies?0 -

Absolutely not. Already with CheckMyFile who I've been with for over a year but pay them via another bank account.0 -
A quick google shows these are both subscription services, so expect further monthly charges of the amounts already taken.
Surely you know if you've signed up to credit report access and account aggregation services? I mean, you read all the T&Cs when applying for the PDLs didn't you? If you have, then simply unsubscribe. If you haven't, then let Halifax know these are unauthorised transactions and they'll refund/block further debits.
It's as simple as that...isn't it?0 -

As said above, I already have access to checkmyfile via another bank. I have not signed up to any of these. I have called Halifax and they cannot help me till Monday now as disputes team 'closed'. Convenient!0 -

You do realise you don't get to see all the information you could get by grabbing £2 statutory reports from all 3 CRAs? Actually, scrub that because clearly you don't because if you'd read the checkmyfile T&Cs you would.0 -

Got bored so randomly went through my junk inbox. So many coming from 'Goldfish Marketing LTD' so thought would google them.
Low and behold, they share the same company address as the two companies that have taken money from me! How strange.0
