Monday - Brinner (cooked breakfast for dinner - DD's request)
Tuesday - Macaroni Cheese
Wednesday - Pork Schnitzels, mash and peas
Thursday - Prawn and Spinach curry (for grownups, children eat at Grandma's)
Friday - fish fingers/scampi
Saturday - Bacon and Potato Chowder

I've just sorted out my menu plan for this week, but still haven't decided or made work lunch soup...
Dinners:- Sausage casserole, greens today
- Chicken fajitas with sides, salad
- Mince & carrots, mash and greens
- Salmon and roast veg, spicy cous-cous
- HM veggie lasagne, salad and garlic bread
- Chicken burger, oven wedges and salad
- Either roast chicken and all the trimmings if visitors come or duck breasts if its just hubby and me.
Breakfasts are either cereal, porridle, eggs or yoghurt and fruit.
Lunches are hm soup - that I haven't made yet!0 -

S - lamb curry & rice

Been juggling my shopping list. For us its:
Monday : Stew and dumplings
Tuesday: Pulled pork wraps
Weds: Chicken pie and mash
Thurs: Lasagne and hm wedges
Fri: Hm pizza and chips
Sat: Chicken pasta bake and salad
Sun: Chicken jambalaya
I need to stick to this as money as tight!0 -
I have listed meals and days but this might move around depending on time I finish work
Monday HM chicken, bacon, musroom, leek and sweetcorn pie
Tuesday HM fish chips and peas
Wednesday chilli chicken salad wraps, quorn for me
Thursday mushrooms stuffed with risotto and salad
Friday HM curry or maybe takeaway as its DS bday
lunch soup, sandwiches, ryvita and cheese spread or whatever is in teh cupboard
breakfast cereal bars, granola or porridge0 -

Seafood pasta
Baby pots, chicken and salad.
Lamb tagine, cous cous, falafel, roasted veg.

Tomorrow will be cowboy casserole from the freezer with jacket spuds.
Tues - dinner out with a friend
Wed - have some cheesey type sauce LO from a fish pie in the freezer so may defrost and repurpose that with macaroni,
Thurs - prob something with chicken / turkey steak as I have those in the freezer
Fri - tbc, will prob freezer dive again - ohhh, or corned beef hash perhaps.
Sat - thinking lamb joint (.again from the freezer, can you tell I have had a stock take this weekend lol) with roast potatoes...again, yup, from the freezer, HM and par boiled, just need roasting off.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I'm assuming this is some kind of sausage and bean casserole, but do you add anything to make it bbq or chilli-ish?
I've seen it like a boston beans before now - with diced smoked bacon, brown sauce and black treacle.That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

Breakfasts - Crumpets/Porridge/HM Pancakes
Lunches - HM soup/LO chicken sandwiches/HM cereal bars/HM blueberry cupcakes
Dinners:
Mon - Pasta bake (using LO bolognese from Sat)
Tues - Pie, chips and mushy peas ( LO beef and veg pie from Sun)
Weds - Chilli con Carne & rice (from freezer)
Thurs - Pesto & parma ham stuffed chicken breasts, roasted paprika potatoes with chorizo & veg
