What meals are you planning this week? 23rd Nov

I got a couple of YS chickens this weekend (co-op), so one's in the freezer, and one's going to be dinner :p

Breakfast

Yogurt, frozen fruit, oats - layered in a parfait

Lunches

1x LO Chilli
1x Free works lunch
2x Baked potato - cottage cheese, beans

Dinners

Roast chicken - chicken, roast spuds, carrot, peas, cauli
Mediterranean chicken - new potatoes, cherry tomatoes, chunked onion, chunked peppers, courgette, aubergine, garlic, basil, rosemary, thyme, lemon
Mexican chicken - chicken, tinned & fresh tomatoes, beans, kidney beans, peppers, onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, paprika
Baked potato - potato, cottage cheese, sweetcorn, grapes, yellow/red peppers
Homity pie - Potato, beans, egg, quorn sausage, onion, mushroom, garlic, grated cheese - Fry mushroom and garlic with onion. Mash potato and line a pie dish. Layer in beans, chopped sausage, mixed fried onion and mushroom. Mix egg, cheese and mustard powder. Pour over the top and bake.
That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.
