If you have a reliable witness and the reg, then the police can charge the driver with leaving the scene without stopping.
If you have a reliable witness, you can send tesco head office a letter before action. and take them to court.
If you have a reliable witness, you can give their details to your insurance company and they can do the same on your behalf.0 -
