Just an update. Have initially emailed the CEO of the retailer visited at the time of parking, whose premises adjoins the car park. Only to receive a sub-contracted response that this matter is 'outside their duty of care to customers'.
I have now sent of a similarly worded email to the Head of Brand and Communications for the company I believe to be the landowner and await his response.0 -
If you await a response you'll lose by default and get a CCJ if you haven't acknowledged the claim within 14 days then prepared a defence to submit within the next 14.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
