    • heard this is a common windows 10 error
    • wish I'd never downloaded it now
    • it's a a common windows 10 problem
    • another upgrade that doesn't work!!
    • windows 10 removed the f4 function to safe mode!!!!

    2 things to do (belt and braces)
    1. a recovery drive is a copy of your system disk (C: drive if you like) NOT necessarily your music or pics so make sure you have a copy of those somewhere else
    2. a repair disk allows you to fix startup issues; if you're not a techy ignore this one
