neutered male cat is still humping

My male cat got neutered 2 months ago, but occassionally still humps the cushions. :eek: Is this normal?

My cat still does this, but only to the polar fleece blanket we have on the sofa. I think it's a texture thing because he paws at it a lot; if he's repeatedly molesting the cushions you could always try replacing them with a plainer cushion cover, or use a small water spray every time he does it?
