Your cat will still have testoterone (sp) racing around his body so this is normal, give it another month or two and he should calm down a little. :eek:Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings

My cat was neutered YEARS ago and he still 'humps' things ... He was a stray and we didn't know if he'd been done so we took him to the vet, who proceeded to knock him out (the cat put up a fight) and then he found out that he'd already been neutered. I've never been so embarrassed (well, it's not like I know how to check lol) and the vet was hopping mad.
Technically, I suppose you could say he's been done twice but he still humps things, I've no idea why as my other neutered male cat has never done it. I think some cats must just be randier than others ...0 -

Thats strange because normally a vet can tell if a male cat has been spayed just by looking under the tail
So could most people who know what to look for
Male cats will still hump sometimes when they are a bit frisky, after all how many male dogs who have had the snip still try to hump things
It's a male thing, males will hump anything when they get the feeling neutered or not.0 -

My female spayed dog will also try and hump the other female spayed dog  I think she may be gender confused. :rotfl::rotfl:Then again for some reason a fair number of dogs find Fat Bob (female

Our male cat has been castrated for a year and a half, and still humps his brother  its obviously a boy thing. Our castrated dog humps anything in sight when the mood takes him, and the same poor cat is usually his favourite target, even though he gets a swipe when ever he tries it, and a savaging from his little sister as well :rotfl:my little girl is so protective of her cat brothers
