Oooh it's nice to be a motivator, good luck!
I do mine a bit differently, by counting all my freebies: boots advantage, tesco and nectar, top cash back, pinecone surveys and £2 coins, so apart from the coins Xmas is free :)

A great way to do this TCC without much effort;)

    £4

saved into my Roland Rat-bank! Roll on pay day on Friday when I can add in money for the prev month and get on track :T

Who knows why it's so much easier to put money into a tin than it is to save in a bank but it's really helping me to think about the money I spend thoughtlessly in vending machines etc.

I'm sure you will be able to catch up;)

I agree with you re: putting my money in a tin, I'm never tempted to raid my tin whereas if I have money in a savings account and need something then I will draw it out:o

I'm back at £0 at the moment, once I get OH monthly contribution I will put back December's £31 and then when I get paid I'll stick in January's dosh and then I think I'll be back on track, skint at the moment though :( but on a plus I have got my new car :D

Never mind, you have time to get back on track and as you say you have a new car:cool:

    Hello all,

Ellie, I am not sure if I updated you for last month or not? I have now put February's £29 away, so I now have a total of £91.

I am slowly getting back into a routine since our move last year, so I will try and pop in more frequently.
