    Evening all

It seems strange that there are two threads saving for Xmas 2016.

I am wondering why you all didn't join the Sealed Pot Challenge which runs every year ??

The sealed pot challenge is a completly different challenge to this one. This one is at least £1 a day and we can vary that by having 2 pots etc if we want and setting a set amount.

The sealed pot challenge is completely different and for any amount of money and you don't know how much will be in it by the end of the set time :)

This one has been running for a few years now.

  • Hello, it's Moonbean on a brand new account.
I'd like to switch to this account please, if possible.

I'm going to have to start at £0.00 because I am really barely scraping through this month.
I literally have no money left and I need the £4.00 for bus fare.

I'm just a numpty for putting it in a tin that I cant open properly aha.

I'm very happy. I haven't even missed any of the change I've been putting in at all. I'll need to make up the extra 38p next month but its not bad for my first month!

I worked out we only spent roughly £180 this year so if I stick to this we can go crazy next year! Me and my partner only did stockings to each other, next year we can actually get presents.
I was going to wrapping paper since its cheap on the sales but there was none left at all in Asda!
  • Fab idea! Could I please join? £1 a day might not always be possible but I will do my best to put £20 a month away. Go to be better than nothing!
