When to cancel a contract??

I expect that this is posted every other day, but I couldn't find it on the search and it will only require a one word answer from anyone in the know.

In a few days, I'll get my September bill, this will be month 11 of 12 from e2save. I must receive an October bill (12 of 12) in order to receive my cashback, but at the bottom of the cashback leaflet, it says "if you give 30 days notice on your account during month 11, this may be your closing bill." Therefore, do I cancel as soon as I get the September bill in a week's time or do I cancel straight after the October one?

You have to give notice to certain networks 30 days in advance in any case if you wish to end the contract with them. It is a very unclear area with the parties concerned so I would advise you to speak to both cashback and networks before doing anything.
I am in this position with Orange and I have given them notice that I wish to end the contract at the end of the month 12 which in my case is Sept 27. I will clarify this on Aug 28 when I am in my final month.
OSPS have told me that if I end the contract early I will forfeit my last cashback. I do not believe this though. They all say different things.
