Vodafone advive - early termination

Long story but Vodafone made a mess of my account and ended up terminating my mobile contract by mistake. Nightmare situation! They now want to charge me for the termination of of the contract but given I didn't terminate it I am refusing to pay the termination fee - which is £450. Anyone experienced this situation and won??? Thanks

You need to give more info. or contact the Vodafone REP and see if they can sort it.

Have they marked your credit file as non or late payment? Thats more of an issue if you plan on getting credit in the future.
